Licensee: Triple Gen Media - FZCO [A1 DDP Business Park, Dubai, U.A.E.]
and
Performer: Sam Smyers
Performer's Legal Name: Samuel Douglas Smyers / Artist Creative Group LLC
The Performer confirms that Licensee will administer statements and payments to the Performer for the Audio(s) as per the percentages listed below.
Payments are calculated based on the Performer's agreed percentage of net receipts actually received by Licensee from media platforms, sub-licensees, or other partners, after any applicable fees, approved deductions, recoupable costs, taxes, or adjustments.
The Performer agrees to provide accurate payout details and an invoice for any balance due before payment is made.
The Performer is responsible for any personal, business, VAT, GST, income tax, withholding tax, or similar tax obligations that apply to them in their country or tax jurisdiction.
This confirmation does not change the Performer's ownership rights, payment share, or other agreed commercial terms unless separately agreed in writing.
By signing, the Performer confirms that the information above is correct.
