The Performer agrees to provide accurate payout details and an invoice for any balance due before payment is made. The Performer is responsible for any personal, business, VAT, GST, income tax, withholding tax, or similar tax obligations that apply to them in their country or tax jurisdiction. This confirmation does not change the Performer's ownership rights, payment share, or other agreed commercial terms unless separately agreed in writing. By signing, the Performer confirms that the information above is correct.
